We have a huge resource of experience in dealing with all aspects of mediation but we do specialise in family mediation. Most of our mediators are trained solicitors with many years of experience with family disputes in the court room.
Through this experience, we can often achieve a negotiated settlement without the pain of lengthy court appearances that can have such a negative impact on all concerned.
We will help make the whole process of mediation simple and clear to all concerned. We will help resolve disputes over all issues faced by separating couples, or specific issues such as arrangements for any children.
We will meet with you and your former partner together and will identify those issues you are unable to agree on and help you to try and reach agreement.
